Speculation suggests that both Chelsea and Tottenham might be in the running for Assulin's signature.
Barcelona are believed to be eager to keep Assulin and talks over a deal are expected to take place in early 2009.
Assulin made history in March when he became the youngest ever international player for Israel in their friendly against Chile.
