Oxford striker Will Hoskins could not hide his delight after ending his five-month injury nightmare.
The former Brighton man had been sidelined since August having suffered a groin injury but returned to action as a substitute in their 0-0 draw at Dagenham on Saturday. "It's brilliant to have that feeling of competitive league football," he told the Oxford Mail. "I've missed it so much, I just couldn't wait to get on there. "I hope I can be that bit of balance or that final piece of the jigsaw which can get us going in the right direction and playing the football we want."
