Duckworth staying positive

Michael Duckworth is keen for Hartlepool to take the positives from Tuesday's narrow defeat to Sheffield United into league performances.
The 2-1 defeat to League One Sheffield United saw Pools exit the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in the second round, but Duckworth insisted he was still encouraged by the performance from the League Two strugglers. "The result didn't go our way but there were plenty of positives to take," Duckworth told his club's official website. "We've got a long trip to Exeter this weekend so we will go there and do the same hopefully - we'll plan right, prepare right and then go and do what we do. "We have to be bright, give it 110% and be positive."
