Goodwin gets ban

Torquay have been unsuccessful in their bid to overturn the red card shown to Shamir Goodwin against Newport.
The on-loan Brighton forward, who was sent off during Saturday's 1-0 defeat, will now serve a three-game ban. Goodwin, 19, begins his suspension when the Gulls take on York on Tuesday evening.
