Highlights of the Sky Bet League Two match between Mansfield and Notts County.

A CJ Hamilton brace proved enough for Mansfield to see off visiting Notts County 2-0 and make it 13 league games unbeaten - the Stags' best run for 42 years.

Hamilton netted in each half to make a miserable first league game in charge for new Notts boss Neal Ardley as the Stags went a 12th league game unbeaten against their neighbours.

A scrappy but exciting first half saw chances at both ends.

Tyler Walker fired wide from a great position and Neal Bishop was denied by Ross Fitzsimons' legs after being sent clear by a fantastic pass by Jacob Mellis.

At the other end, home keeper Bobby Olejnik twice denied ex-Stag Nathan Thomas and also saved from Will Patching.

But the deadlock was broken on 37 minutes as Mal Benning hoisted the ball to the far post from the left and Hamilton turned it home.

Hamilton then rattled the Notts crossbar as Stags began the second half on the front foot before he doubled the lead on 63 minutes, making the space to fire home low from 10 yards after Mellis had fed him from the right.
