Stevenage sign defender Luke Wilkinson from Luton Town

Stevenage have signed defender Luke Wilkinson from Sky Bet League 2 rivals Luton.
The 25-year-old centre-half has signed a permanent deal with Boro after spending 18 months with Town, making 72 appearances.
Wilkinson joined Luton from Dagenham, for whom he made 71 appearances and was voted player of the season for the 2012/13 campaign.
He is set to go straight into Teddy Sheringham's Boro squad for Saturday's home game with Barnet.
