Bournemouth will kick off their third Premier League campaign with a trip to The Hawthorns to face West Brom on the opening day of the season.
The Cherries then have their first home game a week later as Watford visit the Vitality Stadium, before Manchester City travel to the south coast in their next fixture.
Eddie Howe's side face south-coast rivals Southampton for the first time at home in December, while a trip to St Mary's precedes their final two games of the season against Swansea at home before ending 2017/18 away at Burnley.
Bournemouth host newly-promoted sides Brighton in September and Huddersfield in November, while they host West Ham on Boxing Day.
