Price adds to Rovers injury worries
TRANMERE ROVERS' injury problems go from bad to worse as Jason Price is ruled out of action for at least eight weeks with a broken arm.
The Welsh defender had an awkward fall when closing down Crewe goalkeeper Clayton Ince during Saturday's game and was immediately taken off the pitch.
It has now been confirmed that he will spend up to eight weeks with his right arm in plaster before he can resume full training with the squad.
The 25-year-old is the latest member of Ray Mathias's squad to end up on the Prenton Park treatment table as Rovers suffer crippling injury problems.
Veteran goalkeeper Eric Nixon is set for a comeback after injuries to a number of keepers at the club including Keith Welch and John Achterberg.
