Davies weighing up options ahead of transfer window
Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies has confirmed he has been taking a look at Norway international Jonathan Parr.
Davies is keen to improve his squad during the transfer window and Parr has been training with the Championship club this week.
The left-back currently plays for Aalesund in Norway and made his debut for the Norwegian national team earlier this year.
The 22-year-old is due to return to Aalesund over the weekend and Davies refused to expand on the prospects of offering Parr a deal.
"We are just looking at him, nothing more than that at the minute," said Davies in the Evening Post.
"He is a Norway international, he is a left-back with two good feet. My Scandinavian contacts highlighted him.
"But there is nothing more happening at the moment than us having a look at him."
