Leicester head of recruitment Steve Walsh insists he plans to bring in players who will meet the ethos of the club.
The Foxes became champions of England for the first time in their history last Monday, and Claudio Ranieri's squad have been praised for their spirit throughout the campaign.
Walsh was responsible for bringing Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N'Golo Kante to Leicester, and he revealed some of the current squad believe the club should avoid signing players who may be disruptive.
"The squad have told me, 'We don't want any Bertie Big…' I think you've got to bring in the people you think will do the job, people who fit in," said Walsh, who is close to signing a new deal with the club.
"Claudio enjoys the blueprint and the way we play. We try to duplicate that, so you look for similar types of players who can fulfil roles in the team that you need.
"It's not just on me, because I've got people working for me, bringing information, and we've got to act on it. Then decisions are made with the manager."
