Saido Berahino has turned down the offer of a new contract from West Brom, according to Sky sources.
The 22-year-old was offered a new four-year deal last week, which would have kept him at the Hawthorns until 2020.
However, Sky Sports News HQ understands that Berahino is keen on a new start and sees his future away from West Brom.
Stoke are known to be interested in the former England U21 striker, while Crystal Palace and Watford are also monitoring the situation.
Tottenham failed with a series of bids for Berahino last summer and the unsettled striker was regularly left out of the starting line-up by Baggies boss Tony Pulis during the 2015/16 campaign.
