West Brom boss Tony Pulis could not hide his frustration with refereeing decisions that went against his side in their defeat to Leicester.
The Baggies had two strong penalty shouts and saw Riyad Mahrez score from an offside position as they lost 3-2 despite taking the lead in the first-half through Salomon Rondon.
And Pulis was left bemused as to why referee Anthony Taylor failed to give his side either decision.
"The referee is in such a good position to give the two penalties," said Pulis. "The one on Jonny Evans, the lad (Leonardo Ulloa) should have been sent off because he's in the six-yard box ready to head it in and he's pulled him back.
"[The referee] can see it. Why he doesn't give it I don't know.
"And the second one, Fletcher is in the air and Robert Huth goes straight through him. They're decisions you need [to go for you] at this level.
"(Referees' chief) Mike [Riley] should be having a chat with him about those decisions."
Pulis was then questioned about whether the Premier League would benefit from video technology to help the referees. But he insisted Taylor was in a position to give both penalties without the need for assistance.
"You don't want to stop-start the Premier League," he added. "It's the greatest league in the world because of the pace and tempo at which it is played.
"I'm not sure the referee would really need to see that again, but the reasons he hasn't given it you're never going to know."
