Frank Lampard says he wants to guide Derby into the Premier League playing aggressive, fast-paced and attacking football.
The former Chelsea and England midfielder also insisted he has no intention to come out of retirement and play for the Championship side, despite only retiring 18 months ago.
Lampard discussed his plans for Derby County with fan and actor Jack O'Connell following his appointment as manager of the Rams.
The star of Skins and This Is England was keen to discover what plans Lampard has for his club and, like most Derby fans, he is sure to pleased with what he heard.
As well as his footballing philosophy, Lampard revealed his plans to promote young players and what his backroom staff will look like.
