Sheffield United's FA Cup hero Jamal Campbell-Ryce says it is time to start reproducing their cup form in League One.

Campbell-Ryce scored twice in Sunday's 3-0 third-round win at QPR as United beat Premier League opponents for the fifth time in 12 months.

Last season's Wembley semi-finalists are in the last four of this year's Capital One Cup and will play Tottenham over two legs either side of their fourth-round FA Cup tie.

But this is the club's fourth straight season in League One, where they are currently 15 points off top spot and without a win since mid-November.

Campbell-Ryce told Sky Sports News HQ's 'Morning View': "You go into every game wanting to win, but football doesn't work out like that.

"It's a natural thing that any smaller side paying against a bigger side will always up their tempo and their work-rate, although they shouldn't. You don't want to embarrass yourself so you always give that extra 5-10 per cent more. That's the way it works out.

"We're probably the biggest club in League One - teams come to Bramall Lane and shut up shop. It all boils down to consistency, and that's what we've got to find in the league now."

More from Fa Cup Third Round

In the meantime, United await news of their FA Cup last-32 opponents, and Campbell-Ryce said: "Everybody wants to play the big clubs and we're no different. If we got an Arsenal, Manchester City or Manchester United that'd be fantastic, but obviously whoever we draw we've got to go out and put on the same performance."
