Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has expressed his admiration for Lazio defender Stefan Radu.
Lazio may have endured a difficult campaign towards the bottom of Serie A but Radu has continued to enhance his reputation with some impressive performances.
And reports have now emerged linking the Romania international with a switch to Eastlands this summer.
Mancini has a good knowledge of Italian football and is understood to be keeping tabs on the 23-year-old as he considers transfer targets.
"I like Radu a lot. He is a very interesting player, who is worth a lot in my eyes," Mancini is quoted as saying by
Prosport.ru.
"He could be someone of interest to us during the next transfer period."
