Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino made sure his assistant Jesus Perez had a birthday to remember, surprising him before their news conference on Friday in front of the media.
Perez, who celebrated his birthday on Friday, has worked alongside Pochettino since 2010 and the Argentine had a special treat for his loyal assistant.
Before he answered journalist's questions, Pochettino acknowledged Perez's birthday by playing a 'Happy Birthday' song into the microphone from his mobile phone.
The gesture drew laughs from Perez and the media who gave a round of applause after the song had finished.
The pair will now be hoping for more celebrations on Saturday when they play Cardiff at Wembley where a win would take them third, one point behind leaders Manchester City.
