Bolton boss wants struggling side to play without fear
Owen Coyle has challenged Bolton to play without fear after watching Wanderers slip to the foot of the table.
The Trotters lost 2-1 at home to Aston Villa after conceding first-half goals to Marc Albrighton and Stiliyan Petrov before Ivan Klasnic netted a second-half consolation.
The reverse was Bolton's seventh defeat in eight home Premier League games this term and a 12th loss overall.
Coyle was concerned by the attitude of his side in the first half and feels it is vital the team does not let their position in the relegation zone inhibit their play.
He said: "I just want the players to care as much as I do about the football club and get out there, show what they are capable of and not play with fear.
"The bottom line is that we are in the bottom three because we haven't got enough points, and there should be no fear attached to that.
"We should be looking to address that, to be positive and to take the club out of that area."
