Everton's Bryan Oviedo battling to be fit for FA Cup tie against Chelsea

Defender Bryan Oviedo is a doubt for this weekend's FA Cup quarter-final with Chelsea having become the latest Everton player to succumb to a chest infection.
The Costa Rica international, 26, was taken in for treatment on Wednesday; Gareth Barry was not well enough to start against West Ham last weekend and Tom Cleverley missed out altogether because of similar complaints.
An Everton statement read: "Bryan Oviedo has thanked Evertonians for their well-wishes after he was diagnosed with a chest infection. The Costa Rican was admitted to hospital on Wednesday morning and is currently under observation."
Oviedo later said on social media: "Thank you very much for your messages. I am hospitalized for bronchitis, but nothing serious. See you soon."
Oviedo, who played 90 minutes in Everton's 3-2 defeat by West Ham, has been blighted by injuries during his time at Goodison Park, missing eight months in 2014 with a broken leg he sustained in an FA Cup tie against Stevenage.

"It's a massive game. We need to do well in the FA Cup this year. It's important we get to Wembley and give the club a lift and give our fans something to shout about.
