Everton boss Roberto Martinez furious about controversial decisions by referee Mike Jones

Everton boss Roberto Martinez is still smarting about the controversial 3-3 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The visitors were on the verge of taking all three points when Chelsea defender John Terry scored from an offside position eight minutes into stoppage-time.
Aside from the manner of the goal which referee Mike Jones allowed to stand despite Terry being a yard offside, Martinez felt play was allowed to continue too long after the allotted minimum of seven added minutes which had been indicated.
"We won the game. It's as simple as that," said Martinez, whose immediate comments about the officials post-match may be scrutinised by the Football Association.
"We were 3-2 when the clock showed 97 minutes and 50 seconds. We should have played 97 and then we concede a goal that shouldn't have been given. It was offside.

"Scoring three goals, it was a victory that unfortunately has been taken away from us."
And Martinez was further frustrated his side's strong showing went unrewarded as Everton were denied a first league win at Chelsea in 21 years.
"If we had been sitting here with a 3-2 victory, it would have been a completely different perception," Martinez said.
"That is the hardest aspect to take because the players don't deserve to be questioned on how to manage the game because we won the game and we did everything we had to do.
"We need to understand how to manage the game a little bit. After we scored the first goal, we had a fantastic, fantastic moment in the game.
"We managed the game really well we took the sting out of the game completely and scored the second goal.
"At that point, Chelsea are always going to have some threat. It's a long ball we should have dealt with better, the second goal was a deflected shot that should never have been a goal."
