Belgium striker claims his agent has talked to Arsenal
Belgian striker Kevin Mirallas claims that his agent has spoken with Arsenal about a possible move.
As revealed by
Sky Sports last month, the Gunners and Liverpool have both expressed an interest in the 24-year-old.
He has been in sensational form with Olympiakos since joining two years ago from St Etienne and it is thought he has a buy-out clause of just €8.25million (£6.4million).
Mirallas revealed his agent has spoken to the Gunners, for whom fellow Belgium international Thomas Vermaelen also plays.
Asked by
Sky Sports News if he had spoken to Arsenal or not, he replied: "My manager (has). Me? No."
When asked: "So it may happen?", he replied "Yes, it's good."
Mirallas admits he would be interested in moving to England like fellow Belgian Vermaelen.
"Thomas plays very good at Arsenal and now a lot of Belgian players are in the Premier League," added Mirallas.
"(Moving to England) It's good for me, it's good for my family and it's a good opportunity, but I don't know...it's possible."
