Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech has posted a video online of his “table tennis robot warm-up” routine.
The warm up involves cones elevated to shoulder height and table tennis balls being fired at him in rapid succession.
The former Czech international has established himself as one of the Premier League's best goalkeepers since arriving at Chelsea in 2004.
