Gonzalo Higuain declined to comment on reports of a move to Chelsea on his return to Italy in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Higuain was returning from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he came off the bench in Wednesday night's Supercoppa Italiana loss to parent club Juventus.
According to Sky in Italy, Chelsea have agreed a deal with parent club Juventus to sign Higuain on loan until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old Argentine striker is set for a reunion with Maurizio Sarri after their stint at Napoli together.
Higuain told Italian media who met him on his arrival at Milan's Malpensa airport: "If you are looking for troubles, you won't find them with me."
Morata, who was signed by Chelsea for £57m 18 months ago, is on the verge of completing a move to Atletico Madrid in Spain.
The Spaniard has struggled for goals over the last 12 months, scoring just five goals in 16 league matches this season.
Higuain would compete for a starting spot with Olivier Giroud who came in as a January signing last year.
Chelsea are still deliberating what to do with Michy Batshuayi whose loan spell at Valencia has been cut short. The Belgian forward looked set to sign for AS Monaco on loan but Chelsea are stalling on the deal.
