The sides will compete for the first 'Ray Wilkins Memorial Cup' at Sutton United on Saturday, June 9 in memory of the former Blues and England captain, who died in April aged 61.
Funds raised from the game will go towards St George's Hospital in Tooting where he was treated.
The Chelsea side - managed by Ray Lewington - will include Kerry Dixon, Frank Sinclair and Nigel Spackman, while Andy Goram and Ian Durrant are among those set to represent Rangers.
Ross Wilkins, son of the football legend, will play the last 15 minutes in memory of his father and present the cup to the winning team.
