Antonio Conte wants Chelsea to recognise his "real value" if he leads the club to the Premier League title in his first season in charge.
The Blues travel to The Hawthorns on Friday Night Football to take on West Brom, knowing three points will secure the title.
Conte's side could then seek to complete the double by winning the FA Cup final with Arsenal on May 27.
The 47-year-old has been repeatedly linked with a move back to Serie A to manage Inter Milan by media outlets in his native Italy but he hinted he could be convinced to extend his current deal at Stamford Bridge, which runs out until 2019, if the the terms are right.
"If, in the future, we decide to extend the contract, we'll decide this," Conte said.

"The money is important only at this level to give the real value of a player or the coach. If you show you deserve it, you have earned the money. I think this.
"When you stay at this level, the money only explains to you your value. It tells you your value. Money is not the most important thing, but money is important to understand the real value of a person.
"I have a contract for another two years with Chelsea. It is logical when you start the work in a new club, the will is to continue to work for many years. For sure this is my will. But also I like to repeat in this moment, for me and my players, the important thing is to be focused on the moment."
Conte has urged Chelsea to enjoy the pressure of winning one more game at The Hawthorns, live on Sky Sports 1HD, and he is looking forward to writing a new chapter into the club's history.
"Now the most important thing is to reach our target. The most important thing is to write the history of the club," he said.
"It's important now, don't lose the concentration, be focused. I think we're doing a really good job, but I want this job to become great and then fantastic. We have two big opportunities this season to finish this season in the right way."
