Andy Cole believes Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has the quality to become a global star.
Rashford scored the winner for England in their World Cup Qualifier against Slovakia at Wembley on Monday night and has been widely praised for his performance, particularly his strength of character after he was at fault for Slovakia's early goal.
Cole scored 93 goals in 195 appearances for Manchester United and now works with the club's strikers where he has had the chance to see Rashford close up.
"He's a young man, he's hungry, he's got loads of desire and passion," said Cole, speaking at the Soccerex event in Manchester.
"What I like about him is that he plays every game like it's his last. If he continues to improve with the players he's got around him he could be a world beater, he's definitely got the quality.
"His attitude is bang on, he works hard and wants to improve. I was listening to him last season talking about how much he was watching Wayne [Rooney] and Zlatan [Ibrahimovic] and how much he learns off those guys.
"He's taking it all on board and taking it in his stride."
