Wednesday's Man Utd transfer rumours: Serge Aurier, Leander Dendoncker and more

The latest Man Utd transfer news and rumours from across the British and European press on Wednesday, August 2.
Manchester United have agreed a £27m deal for Paris Saint-Germain defender Serge Aurier - even though the Ivory Coast international is currently banned from entering the UK, according to the Daily Mirror.
Aurier was found guilty of assaulting a police officer in Paris last year and was denied entry to the UK in October, missing PSG's Champions League match against Arsenal.
The former Toulouse defender is currently appealing his conviction in France and United will reportedly speak to the UK government to clarify Aurier's status before completing the £90,000-a-week deal.
The Mirror also reports United have asked Anderlecht about the availability of midfielder Leander Dendoncker.
But Jose Mourinho is unlikely to make a move this summer having recently signed Nemanja Matic from Chelsea.
Former Manchester United left-back Denis Irwin was surprised Chelsea let Matic join a Premier League title rival.
But, speaking to talkSPORT, he said the deal was likely "a thank you" to the Serbia international after he helped the Blues to two Premier League titles.
Italian newspaper Tuttosport claims Inter Milan will sit down with Ivan Perisic's agent this week to discuss a potential move to Manchester United.
A switch to Old Trafford remains Perisic's priority but he wants a new Inter contract if the Italian giants refuse to sanction a move.
Marca report United are on "red alert" after Barcelona made Andre Gomes available for transfer.
New boss Ernesto Valverde reportedly believes he has too many midfielders at the Nou Camp and is willing to sell one to raise funds to strengthen elsewhere.
The Sun adds Mourinho is an admirer of Gomes and could make a move if the price is right.
