Friday 19 August 2016 19:47, UK
Ryan Giggs is the special guest on the first ever Friday Night Football which sees Manchester United host Southampton.
The United legend will join FNF hosts Jeff Stelling and Rachel Riley in the new-look studio to oversee his former club's first home Premier League game of the season, in which world-record signing Paul Pogba could make his second debut.
Having kicked off the season with a 3-1 win away at Bournemouth, the game also sees new United manager Jose Mourinho make his competitive Old Trafford bow since succeeding Louis van Gaal in the summer.
Giggs, who made 963 appearances for United in a glittering professional career before spending the last two season's as Van Gaal's assistant, is understood to have turned down the opportunity to work under Mourinho this summer, ending his 29-year association with the club.
So, as the Mourinho era begins to take shape at Old Trafford, who better placed to analyse United's development under the Portuguese than a man who epitomises the club.
