Manchester City came from behind to retain the Premier League title in style with a 4-1 victory at Brighton on the final day of the season.

Arsenal finished their Premier League campaign on a high in a frantic 3-1 win over Burnley at Turf Moor, as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang secured a share in the Golden Boot with a brace.

Tottenham confirmed their place in the Champions League for a fourth successive season after playing out an entertaining 2-2 draw with Everton.
