Chelsea have won the Premier League title - but when will the trophy presentation be? And who will get a winners' medal?

When will the Premier League trophy presentation take place?
The Premier League trophy presentation will not be held until the final weekend of the season despite Chelsea winning it with two games to spare.

Chelsea will lift the trophy after their Sky Live match with Sunderland on May 21, which kicks off at 3pm. So the trophy presentation will take place around 5pm.
Who will lift the trophy?
The honour of lifting the trophy typically goes to the winning captain. That means outgoing Chelsea skipper John Terry will raise the prize aloft.
Who gets a winners' medal?
You need to have played five Premier League games for the champions to be eligible for a winners' medal. However, the champions will be given 40 commemorative medals in total, so once those players who have qualified for a medal have received theirs, the club can decide which members of the coaching staff, officials and other players also receive a medal.
