Nations League round-up: Finland earn fourth win in a row

Finland maintained their 100 per cent record in the UEFA Nations League with a 2-0 victory over Greece.
The Scandinavians are six points clear of the Greeks in second after four games in Group C2 thanks to second-half goals from Pyry Soiri and former Arsenal youngster Glen Kamara.
Elsewhere in the group, Estonia and Hungary shared six goals in a 3-3 draw in Tallinn.
The hosts opened the scoring through Siim Luts in the 24th minute but were quickly pegged back by Dominik Nagy.
Estonia lost their goalkeeper Mihkel Aksalu just before the break through injury. Nine minutes after the interval they were behind when Hungary captain Adam Szalai turned the ball home.

An reinvigorated Estonia turned things around through a Mate Patkai own goal and then a calm finish from Henri Anier when he was through on goal in the 79th minute.
Hungary were level less than 100 seconds later thanks to their captain once more when Szalai's header crept beyond the goalkeeper.
Switzerland defeated Iceland 2-1 through second-half goals from Haris Seferovic and Michael Lang.

England earned a superb 3-2 win away to Spain as Raheem Sterling scored twice either side of a clinical Marcus Rashford finish in the first half.
Paco Alcacer and Sergio Ramos pulled goals back for Spain in Seville but it wasn't enough in the end.
Northern Ireland were outclassed by Bosnia who won 2-0 in Sarajevo thanks to two Edin Dzeko goals.
