West Ham manager Slaven Bilic and his assistant Nikola Jurcevic have both been fined £8,000 after admitting misconduct charges, the Football Association has announced.
Bilic and Jurcevic each accepted the standard penalty in relation to incidents during last Saturday's 2-2 draw with West Brom.
The pair escaped possible touchline bans and will be available to sit on the bench for West Ham's visit to Watford on February 25.
Bilic threw a television microphone after Gareth McAuley snatched an equaliser deep into injury time, while Jurcevic had already received his marching orders for his furious reaction to Sofiane Feghouli's "goal" being ruled out for offside.
The Hammers boss lost his cool as he felt the Baggies should not have been awarded a throw-in as they launched one last attack in search of an equaliser.
"We are disappointed and frustrated," Bilic told Sky Sports after the match. "It is not easy to turn the game around against a team like this, but we did that.
"To concede like this [in stoppage-time], especially after everything that has happened in the game with decisions, it is very, very frustrating.
"The big decisions went against us, all of them. It is hard for referees, I know, but in such an important game, when you are on the wrong side of all the decisions, it makes you very, very angry.
"It is nothing personal, but the referee was very, very bad."
