Windass joins Helen and Fenners on the sofa for a chat - and the former Hull striker will head out to the John Arne Riise Arena to recreate the spectacular volley that fired the Tigers to the Premier League for the first time in their history back in 2008.

Tubes checks in with Bournemouth loanee Nathan Ake and finds out his favourite playing position, as well as asking what Eddie Howe's really like as a manager.
