The latest Sky Sports Now podcast focuses on the Home Nations and Ireland's hopes for Euro 2016, with the first game of the tournament now just three weeks away.
We welcomed Paul Ince, Kit Symons, Nigel Worthington and Keith Andrews into the studio to preview the tournament - together they have 190 caps between them.
Ince played for England over 50 times and in three major tournaments for his country. Listen out for his assessment of Roy Hodgson's provisional 26-man squad.
Wales enjoyed a magnificent qualifying campaign - and Symons will travel to France as part of their backroom staff. He told us that their team ethos will go a long way, but have they got enough to reach the knockout stages?
