Wycombe have moved to ease their defensive problems with the acquisition of Janoi Donacien on a one-month loan deal from Aston Villa.
Injuries have ravaged Gareth Ainsworth's backline but Donacien, who spent most of last year in Sky Bet League 2 with Tranmere, will come in ahead of Saturday's home clash with Dagenham.
"Janoi is an excellent young prospect and a very talented defender who has already had good experience of playing at this level, so first-team football won't faze him at all," Ainsworth said on the Chairboys' official website.
"Injuries to Anthony Stewart and Danny Rowe in the last couple of weeks have really stretched the squad defensively and Janoi will be a big help to us over the coming month."
