Celta Vigo winger Nolito has been linked with a move to Everton, but he has sought to play down summer transfer talk.
The 26-year-old has spent just one season with Celta, having completed a switch from Benfica in 2013.
He has, however, shown what he is capable of by breaking into double figures in terms of goals scored in La Liga.
Nolito also showcased the considerable threat he provides from the flanks when netting a hat-trick in a pre-season friendly victory over Everton.
That performance was reported to have sparked Roberto Martinez’s interest, but Nolito claims he is ignoring the rumours and expects to spend the 2014/15 campaign in Spain.
He told reporters: “I don’t know about any offers.
“I’m happy here, I still have three years left on this contract and the only thing I can say is that my thoughts are to be here for many years.
“These days I have not talked to my agent because I have nothing to talk to him about.
“I am happy here and my family too, so when things go well there is no reason to change.”
Celta officials have also sought to curb the rumours by announcing that no club has matched Nolito’s release clause as yet – believed to be around 10million euros (£7.9m).
