World Cup: Costa Rica defender Roy Miller is out of quarter-final against Netherlands

Costa Rica defender Roy Miller has been ruled out of Saturday's World Cup quarter-final against Netherlands with a muscle injury.
The 29-year-old full-back suffered the injury to his left leg while training on Tuesday ahead of the clash in Salvador.
A statement from the Costa Rica football association read: "The injury will keep him off the pitch for several days."

Costa Rica topped Group D ahead of Uruguay before beating Greece in a penalty shoot-out in the last 16 of the competition.
The absence of the New York Red Bulls defender will be a big blow as Costa Rica are already without Oscar Duarte, after his red card against Greece.
Meanwhile, Germany defender Shkodran Mustafi's World Cup is over after he tore muscle fibres in his left thigh during Monday night's 2-1 win over Algeria.
The Sampdoria central defender, who was in the starting XI deputising for Mats Hummels, who had the flu, had to leave the field in the 70th minute of the match to be replaced by Sami Khedira.
Tests carried out on Monday evening confirmed the extent of his injury.
