Portsmouth defender Yassin Moutaouakil is not taking his place in Guy Whittingham's side for granted.
The Frenchman recently returned to the starting line-up after serving a three-match ban, but with fellow right-backs Shaun Cooper, Danny East and Joe Devera all vying for a place in the team, Moutaouakil is under no illusions that his position is safe. And the 27-year-old stressed the importance of keeping on top of his game if he is to retain his spot. He told the club's official website: "When I got my red card I didn't know what was going to happen. "The people who take your place might do really well or the manager might change his mind about you. "You just have to make sure you work hard, so you give the gaffer a difficult decision when you're available again. "I have some tough competition for my place in the side. Shaun has a lot of experience, Danny is a young lad who can play well in that position and Joe has also played there a lot for Swindon. "But I was able to come straight back into the team and I'm praying to God that it's going to stay like that."
