Morecambe's Kevin Ellison has been handed a one-match ban and fined by the FA for his celebration against former club Rotherham.
The striker will miss the Shrimps' last game of the season against Southend after running towards the Millers' supporters after scoring a last-minute winner on April 6, which led to a number of United's supporters spilling onto the pitch to confront Ellison. Boss Jim Bentley told the club's official website: "It's a blow for us as Kev is a massive influence for us and something that is unfortunate when we are short of numbers. "But as I often say it gives someone else the chance to impress and we will go into the game positively because we really want to end the season on a high."
