Southampton have taken Tottenham Hotspur's teenage striker Kudus Oyenuga on trial and he impressed in a run-out for the club's Under 21 side.
The 18-year-old has yet to make a senior appearance for Tottenham, but took in a loan spell at League One club Bury earlier this season.
He featured three times during his stint with the Shakers and is now training with Championship leaders Southampton.
Oyenuga appeared as a half-time substitute for Saints' Under 21s against Plymouth and scored a brace in the 4-1 victory.
Southampton's youth manager Martin Hunter told the club's official website: "It was an encouraging performance and another useful exercise for us."
