Bernd Leno has reiterated his desire to stay at Bayer Leverkusen at a time when Stuttgart are reported to have demanded a €9.9million (£8.5m) transfer fee.
The teenage goalkeeper moved to BayArena on loan in August and has been a first-team regular since that time.
But Leno's loan is due to expire in December and Stuttgart are adamant they will not allow the 19-year-old to stay on a permanent basis unless Leverkusen pay a top price.
Leno, though, has other hopes, as he said: "I am enjoying my stay in Leverkusen. I would like to remain at this club.
"I am getting the full support of Bayer Leverkusen, this is good to know."

Leverkusen manager Robin Dutt said: "Bernd Leno is on loan at our club and I would be delighted if he was to stay on at our club."
However, Stuttgart general manager Fredi Bobic said: "I am able to confirm Bayer Leverkusen have been in touch with us regarding a transfer of Bernd Leno.
"But the conversation came to an abrupt end."
Meanwhile, former Germany Under 21 international Stefano Celozzi hopes to leave Stuttgart in the January transfer window.
He told
Bild: "I have returned to my fitness and I am regularly taking part in training.
"But I am extremely unhappy at the moment, since I do not get any opportunity to prove myself in the first team of the club. I had hoped this would be much different."
