Moukandjo talks about possible Liverpool interest
Monaco forward Benjamin Moukandjo has told skysports.com that he is flattered by interest from Liverpool.
The 22-year-old only moved to the Principality in the January transfer window when he arrived from Nimes.
However, following Monaco's relegation from the French top-flight - he is now being linked with a move away.
And Liverpool are said to be keeping tabs on the Cameroonian, who can also play on the wing.
Speaking to skysports.com, he said: "Personally, I heard rumours about Liverpool, it is flattering but in reality I should be staying with Monaco unless a dream becomes a reality."
Moukandjo admitted he is still getting over the disappointment of being relegated.
"I am very disappointed, it is a setback for us to go to Ligue 2, this is one of the biggest teams in France.
"It is a hard time."
