MK Dons have signed Plymouth defender Mathias Doumbe and former Brentford man Darren Powell.
Milton Keynes Dons have beaten off competition from Millwall to sign Plymouth defender Mathias Doumbe, while they have also captured former Brentford man Darren Powell.
Doumbe has spent time on trial with Millwall this summer and Kenny Jackett made an offer over the weekend.
However, it is MK Dons who have won the race for the Frenchman's signature after he accepted a two-year deal.
The move brings to an end a five-year spell at Home Park for Doumbe, during which time he made 142 appearances for Argyle and scored four goals.
Fellow centre-back Powell has joined on a one-year contract following his departure from Brentford at the end of last season.
The 33-year-old had only been with the Bees since March and will hope to play a more important role at MK Dons.
Both Doumbe and Powell are available to make their debuts in the season opener against Hartlepool on Saturday.
