Greg Stewart is returning to Aberdeen after agreeing a loan deal from Birmingham City for the rest of the season.
Midfielder Stewart spent the first half of 2018-19 in Scotland on loan with Kilmarnock but he is well-known at Pittodrie having spent last season with the club.
The 28-year-old is scheduled to become a free agent at the end of the season.
Stewart played 38 times for Aberdeen in 2017-18, scoring four goals, and he played a key role in the Dons finishing second in the Scottish Premiership.
He returned to Scotland in the summer with Kilmarnock, playing a further 16 games and scoring once before being recalled by the Sky Bey Championship side.
Stewart previously played for Cowdenbeath and Dundee, who sold him to Birmingham for a fee in the region of £500,000 in the summer of 2016.
He will be available for Aberdeen's Scottish Cup clash with Stenhousemuir on Saturday subject to getting international clearance.
