Swansea City left-back Stephen Kingsley has signed a four-year contract which ties him to the club until the end of the 2019/20 season.
The 21-year-old has been rewarded with the new deal after impressing Swans boss Francesco Guidolin in the second half of last season.
The Scot, who joined Swansea from Falkirk in June 2014, started four Premier League games against Arsenal, Aston Villa, West Ham and Manchester City - in which the Swans remained unbeaten - after making his first-team debut as a second-half substitute in the FA Cup defeat at Oxford in January.
Kingsley, whose previous contract was due to expire next summer, spent the first half of last season on loan at Crewe, making 12 League One appearances, following a loan spell at Yeovil in the latter stages of their 2014/15 campaign.
He has featured five times for Scotland U21s and made his senior debut for Gordon Strachan's side as a substitute in their 3-0 defeat to France last month.
"It's great to get the new contract done," Kingsley told his club's official website.
"I now have the next four years to look forward to and it is time for me to push on. I'll definitely not be getting carried away. It's been a long journey to get to this position and I know I still have a long way to go.
"I am not taking anything for granted - the hard work starts now for me.
"The last six months have been a whirlwind. Everything has happened so quickly. But this is just the start for me. I am just looking forward to getting into the new season and trying to push on."
