Bradford striker Billy Clarke has signed a new contract with the club.
Clarke was into the final 12 months of his existing deal, but he has put pen to paper on fresh terms to keep him at Valley Parade until the summer of 2018.
The 27-year-old has been sidelined with a knee injury since mid-August, but he is now fit again and looking forward to resuming action, safe in the knowledge that his future is secure.
"This new deal has been in the pipeline for a while now but there was no real rush with my injury," Clarke told the club's official website.
"I've loved every minute of my time at the club so far. There was never any thought of me wanting to move to somewhere else.
"My family are settled here - they love it here really - and the support I get from the fans is fantastic.
"It is great that this deal has coincided with me coming back from my injury. I am delighted to be back out on the training pitch.
"It has been a tough 10 weeks for me in the gym, but I'm raring to go now and I can't wait to be involved again when I'm selected.
"I want to come back in and help carry on the momentum that we've built up in recent games."
Bradford boss Phil Parkinson, who this week saw Brad Jones cut his ties with the club, was glad to see Clarke commit.
He said: "He's the type of player we want to keep at the club. It's so difficult to get strikers, as we know, and we feel we've got a very good one with Billy."
