Millwall kept their faint hopes of automatic promotion alive with a deserved 3-1 victory at mid-table Bury.
The Lions secured their third win in four games, largely thanks to a couple of goals from Chris Taylor.
After Bury's Tom Pope had seen an early header hit the crossbar, Millwall took the lead in the fourth minute when Blackburn loanee Taylor curled home direct from a corner-kick.
Taylor then saw a side-footed effort hacked off the line by Peter Clarke.
The Lions made it 2-0 in the 33rd minute.
This time 32-year-old front-man Steve Morison tucked home his 18th goal of the season after he latched on to a cheeky back-heel from Taylor.
The Millwall lead was halved just before the break when Ryan Lowe smashed home his 200th career league goal, in off the underside of the crossbar.
Millwall went close to making it 3-1 just after the restart when Aiden O'Brien hooked a shot over the top from close range.
Taylor did make it three in the 83rd minute when he converted Morison's cross.
