Striker Jason Price salvaged a point for Bradford with his first goal for the club in a 1-1 home draw with Accrington.
Price, on loan from Carlisle, scored a 56th minute equaliser after a long cross from left-back Luke O'Brien caused problems for the Accrington defence. Price headed the ball into the goalmouth and as goalkeeper Ian Dunbavin challenged fellow striker James Hanson the ball ran free to Price who followed up to score as the Accrington defence appealed for a foul. Earlier, Accrington had gone in front after 21 minutes, with a penalty from Phil Edwards. Bradford's on-loan midfielder Tom Adeyemi handled the ball after losing possession under pressure from Ray Putterill and Edwards scored from the spot. Accrington deserved their half-time lead, but it was a different story after the interval as Bradford pressed hard for the winner but could not find a way through the visitors' defence again but the draw ended City's run of three successive league and cup defeats.
