Rotherham clung to a 0-0 draw against bottom club Barnet after striker Alex Revell's dismissal gave the Millers a scare.
The 29-year-old was given his marching orders for a reckless tackle on David Stephens in the 80th minute but the out-of-form Bees could not find a winner and remain without a victory this season. Again without manager Steve Evans who was serving the third game of his six-match stadium ban, Rotherham struggled in the first half. Striker Jake Hyde headed Jordan Brown's cross wide before Millers goalkeeper Scott Shearer smothered an effort from Ricky Holmes as Revell and Kayode Odejayi were frustrated at the other end. Rotherham started stronger after the break but a header from Revell was saved by Bees keeper Graham Stack. Shearer then followed Stack's lead to keep out a stinging drive from Barry Fuller while Holmes fired wide after running in behind Craig Morgan. Revell was dismissed for his lunge on Stephens but Barnet could not find the net as Rotherham remain winless away from home in the league.
