Luis Suarez has recovered from a muscular injury in time to play for Barcelona on Saturday at the Nou Camp against Rayo Vallecano.
The Uruguay forward missed several training sessions this week and was a major doubt for the game but he rejoined his team-mates in their workouts on Thursday and is deemed healthy enough to take on Rayo.
"Luis Suarez is 100-per-cent fit," Luis Enrique told the club's official website.
Suarez's fitness will come as a relief for the Spanish champions, who are without Lionel Messi as he continues to recover from a knee injury. Spain midfielder Andres Iniesta is also sidelined with a hamstring problem.
"Due to circumstances, we have to accept to work with those players that are available and rotate less but that should not be an excuse," Enrique said.
"My only concern is that Messi recovers well and not that he is available for this game or the other.
"I'm sure that is exactly what the AFA (Argentina Football Association) and (Argentina coach) Tata Martino also want."
Suarez, who has three goals and an assist in six La Liga starts, will partner Neymar in Barca's attack.
Barcelona have not lost at home in Spain's top flight since a 1-0 defeat to Malaga in February but, although they thrashed Rayo 6-1 when the clubs last met in Barcelona, Enrique has a healthy respect for Saturday's opponents.
"Rayo has always been a difficult rival for us and I expect a challenging game tomorrow," he said.
Rayo currently sit 15th in the table and are looking to avoid a third-straight defeat after falling 3-2 at Sevilla and then 2-0 at home to Real Betis, but coach Paco Jemez is excited about Saturday's fixture and hopes the hosts' injuries will play a part.
"Barca can be beaten and Sevilla and Celta already proved this - we are going there determined to bring home three points," he told Marca.
"Messi and Iniesta are irreplaceable. Injuries affect any team but at least Barca can bring out a very competitive starting XI."
