Jurgen van den Broeck admits visiting doctor under investigation but denies wrongdoing

Belgium's leading Grand Tour contender has admitted visiting a sports doctor who is currently under investigation for doping.
Belgian cyclo-cross rider Tom Meeusen also visited him and has been called as a witness in the investigation, but Van den Broeck said he has not yet been approached to give evidence. He added: "I am shocked that the doctor is in the news. In my case, the court has not visited. I just want no misunderstandings." Van den Broeck finished fourth in the Tour de France in both 2010 and 2012.
